Sierdziński General Manager
Biography.
Generall Manager of Equity Labs since 2013. He has over 15 years of experience in conducting financial and commercial transactions, gained in, among others, Reuters Ltd, Dom Maklerski IDM S.A., Oles & Rodzynkiewicz Kancelaria Radców Prawnych and FORUM Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. He graduated in law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In 2012 he was entered into the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow. He is responsible for contacts with foreign clients.

Katarzyna
Maresz R&D Manager
Biography.
A graduate at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Jagiellonian University. Doctorate in biological sciences at the Faculty of Medicine at the Jagiellonian University Medical College (2002). Scientific internship at the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Immunology of the Blood Research Institute, Milwaukee, WI, USA (2003-2006). 2009-2012 - research advisor at the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology of the Jagiellonian University as part of the research project. President of the Board and scientific consultant at the International Science and Health Foundation.

Artur
Drzystek Finance Manager
Biography.
In Equity Labs, he supervises the financial department. He has many years of experience in management and in the implementation of strategic projects in such companies as: Delphi Poland, Fiat Powertrain Technologies, Eurocent S.A., Salumanus Sp. Z o.o., Proseat sp. Z o.o. He graduated in financial management at the University of Economics in Krakow and AGH in Krakow. He also completed the Executive MBA programme organised by the POU and Oxford Brookes University in the UK. He is responsible for the Scandinavian Clinic project.

Konrad
Siekierda Project Manager
Biography.
He has been cooperating with the Equity Labs team since 2016. He supports polish and foreign clients in acquisitions, restructuring and business strategy. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Adminstration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, postgraduate studies in Mergers and Acquisitions of Enterprises and Postgraduate Management Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2017, he passed the exam for candidates for members of supervisory bodies of state-owned companies.
